STEP 2: Follow with eyeshadow, eye liners, and mascara, if desired.

STEP 1: Pick up your choice of eye shadow with a clean ring finger.

STEP 2: Place a drop of Shadow Insurance Eyeshadow Primer to the center of the ring finger with eyeshadow and massage ring fingers together to create a liquid eyeshadow.
