STEP 3: Use large shader brush to apply Me-Wow! on crease, moving downward to lid

STEP 4: Use large shader brush to apply Hair Band at corner of eye, pulling upward into a cat eye shape

STEP 5: Use smudger brush to apply Groupie on lower lash line

STEP 6: Use smudger brush to apply Hair Band at outer corner of lower lash line

STEP 7: With angled liner brush, apply Power Ballad as eyeliner on outer corner of lower lash line, extending out to reinforce cat eye shape and blend

STEP 8: Use small shader brush to apply Groupie on inner corner of eye

STEP 9: With angled liner brush, line inner corners of eyes with Hair Band

STEP 10: Use large shader brush to apply Pet Me under brow and blend

STEP 11: Finish with Better Than Sex Mascara and Lip Injection Power Plumping Lip Gloss in Soulmate
